How it connects
RingCentral has an official connector in Claude's directory. A Claude admin switches it on and each person signs in with their own RingCentral login, so Claude only sees what they're allowed to see. Helm handles the setup, checks the permissions and trains your team on what to ask.
Looking after your RingCentral data
RingCentral holds internal messages and customer contact details, so Helm limits Claude to the teams and chats it has been added to and posts only when someone asks.
