Plain English, no fine print. This covers what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our workshop form we collect your name, work email, phone number, company, team size, rough timing and any message you choose to write. When you book an intro meeting we collect your name, email and the time you pick.
We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy or sell contact details.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the meeting or workshop you asked about. They are stored in our own systems and shared with the two of us at Helm, Ryan Lynch and Oliver Pearson, and nobody else.
Advertising measurement
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API so we can see which ads lead to enquiries. When you submit an enquiry, a matching event is sent from our server to Meta. Your email, phone number and name are converted into a one way scrambled value before they are sent, so Meta cannot read them, and we never send the content of your message.
You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or by using your browser's tracking protection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are talking with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
Asking us to delete your details
Email ryan@helmnewcastle.au and ask us to delete your details. We will remove them and confirm by reply. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct anything that is wrong.
