How is Claude different from ClickUp Brain?

ClickUp Brain works inside ClickUp. Claude is useful when you want to combine ClickUp tasks with your email, documents, accounting or other systems in one conversation.

Can Claude track time in ClickUp?

Yes, Claude can add time entries to tasks when you tell it what you worked on and for how long. You can review the entries in ClickUp as normal.

Is it safe to connect ClickUp to Claude?

Yes, when it's set up properly. Helm agrees with you what Claude can see and do, uses the narrowest permissions ClickUp allows, and keeps everything under your own accounts.

Does this work with ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?

Often, yes. Most modern connections use MCP, an open standard that ChatGPT and Copilot Studio also support. We'll confirm what's possible for ClickUp on the call.

How it connects
