The four sessions
Roughly two hours each, run in person at your workplace or over video call.

Everyone set up properly
We set every person up correctly: accounts, settings and connectors to the tools you already use, like email, calendar, SharePoint or Google Drive. Then we show what good AI use actually looks like day to day.

Your real work, first project built
We map your team's repetitive work: reporting, template filling, research, proposals and admin. Then we build the first project together, on a real task.

Your team builds, we sit beside them
Your team builds two or three more projects with us beside them. They do the building, so they know how it works and how to change it.

Tidy up and keep going without us
We tidy up, document what was built and set simple usage guidelines so AI use stays safe and consistent. By the end the team can keep going on its own.
