Smokeball offers its own AI features inside the product. Connecting Claude is useful when you want to work across Smokeball, email and other tools together.

Can Claude create tasks in Smokeball?

Yes, Claude can be set up to create tasks and calendar events on a matter, with a person confirming.

Is it safe to connect Smokeball to Claude?

Yes, when it's set up properly. Helm agrees with you what Claude can see and do, uses the narrowest permissions Smokeball allows, and keeps everything under your own accounts.

Does this work with ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?

Often, yes. Most modern connections use MCP, an open standard that ChatGPT and Copilot Studio also support. We'll confirm what's possible for Smokeball on the call.
