How it connects
Planday has an official connector in Claude's directory. A Claude admin switches it on and each person signs in with their own Planday login, so Claude only sees what they're allowed to see. Helm handles the setup, checks the permissions and trains your team on what to ask.
Looking after your Planday data
Planday holds staff schedules, contact details and leave records, so Helm limits Claude to the departments each manager runs and sets things up so rosters are only published with approval.
