Ryan founded Helm after five years inside one of Newcastle's busiest real estate agencies. He started in sales and ended up the business's full-time AI partner, building over 15 internal tools for the team, covering everything from meeting prep to marketing and campaigns. Watching how fast AI was moving, and what it did for that one business, he wanted to bring the same thing to others. Since then he's spent years developing AI tools inside real Newcastle businesses: real estate, construction, engineering, project management. He knows what teams adopt, what they quietly drop, and why. He leads the strategy, trains the teams himself, and works hands-on inside your business.

Oliver covers the deep technical side. Newcastle born and raised, he studied electrical engineering at the University of Newcastle and then spent years in engineering and operations inside a commercial construction business. He's lived the same world our clients work in: sites, schedules, compliance, and the systems that keep everything running. He's been deep in AI engineering for the last few years, building complex systems that actually work in the real world. At Helm he owns the code, the systems, and the builds, bringing an engineer's discipline to everything he touches.
